Lonnie Welch: Head of Operation
Lonnie is the founder of Impact and has 9 years of coaching experience, including as an assistant coach at the collegiate level. He has assisted in forming one of the largest youth basketball programs in Chicago. Lonnie has been a head AAU basketball coach for eight years, and in 2005, his 7th grade AAU team finished 20th in the nation! Lonnie’s playing experience includes two years of varsity basketball at St. Benedict, Taft high school and OCC Division II NCAA basketball where he majored in business management. He has also had tryouts with the CBA Rockford Lightning, Bulls, Nets, and Spurs.

Toron Clark: Head of player development
“Coach T” has 9 years of coaching experience, and has had several AAU teams compete in national tournaments. His playing experience includes three years of varsity at Gordon Tech High School, two years at LMU in Tennessee, and one year of professional basketball in Croatia. Additionally, he has been invited to workout with several NBA teams, including the Chicago Bulls, Nets, and Spurs.
Reggie: Trainer
Reggie has collegiate experience on both the division I and division II level. He started his basketball campaign at Nicholls State University and finished his reign at St. Edward’s University. During his career he received top honors in 1st Team-All Conference, lead conference in scoring, and 2nd Team All-Region to go along with a nomination for All- American. Prior to completing his collegiate career he participated in several professional scouting camps. After making a decision to start a career in coaching, Reggie has served as a coach for Impact Sportz as well as the Assistant Coach at Regents School of Austin. Reggie has a B.A in Kinesiology and continuing his education in Physical Therapy.
Chris Paige: Trainer
Chris Paige is a Houston, Texas native with basketball knowledge as big as his wingspan and height. Measuring at 6’9’’ he served as a dominant force on the Division I and II level. In his career he has played at Nicholls State University and Arkansas Monticello. During his time spent at both universities he lead his teams to Conference Tournament appearances and lead both schools in rebounding. He has participated and put together a number of successful camps and clinics in Louisiana and Arkansas and looking to bring excitement and skill to Austin basketball.
Raven Justin: Trainer
Raven is an Austin Native he has played sports all of his life, but at the age of 14 he felt like basketball was his calling so he went on to play basketball at Del Valle High school. During his time there he became a 2-year letterman. After he graduated high school Raven chose to play at the next level, he has played for numerous teams. After finishing his career in college he maintained his focus on sports, and became a personal trainer. After accomplishing that goal he felt he wanted to learn more about nutrition and how it can coincide with his new found career as a fitness trainer so he attended Auguste Escoffier School of culinary Arts and graduated with his culinary degree in the fall of 2011. On Raven’s spare time he enjoys boxing for fitness reading to enhance his knowledge on his craft and helping young adults meet there goals.
Tyler Moran: Trainer
Tyler has been coaching basketball camps for 4 years now. She helped run the All-Around Basketball Camp, and the Pacific Tiger Cub Camp, both located in California. She has coached boys and girls ages 7-17. Tyler grew up in Carmel, California where she played varsity for 3 years, leading Carmel High to a league championship her senior year. She also earned a full ride athletic scholarship to Division I University of the Pacific, where she played for 4 years. She majored in Broadcasting and Public Relations, and received the Big West Conference Scholar Athlete award every year she was eligible to do so.
