Here is a simple yet effective and efficient series to get in a ton of ball handling reps in a short amount of time.

Go 4 trips per more for a total of 20 trips. You’ll have completed 100 dribble moves on the move once the series is complete:

Right hand inside out – 4 trips
Left hand inside out – 4 trips
Crossover – 4 trips
Between the legs – 4 trips
Behind the back – 4 trips
